The SUN TA consortium led by DAI and Technoserve, approached us to assist ithought training and facilitation of improving and expanding on the Village Chicken value chain, by promoting a business oriented solution to distribution of improved chicken breeds and enhancement of productivity of indigenous birds through; Strengthening the supply chain of high performing birds; Reducing mortality of indigenous chickens (Disease prevention); and Improving poultry production capacity/productivity among smallholder farmers.
